Specialty Coffee

Welcome!

This shop aims at providing fresh and superb quality specialty coffee processed in a controlled manner:

- select and screen the green beans;

- roast the beans at specific temperature profiles;

- control and compare the roast level with standard samples;

- screen the roasted beans;

- grind and sieve the grounded coffee to required size suited for specified brewing;

- pack and dispatch the coffee products within 24 hours after roasting;

- check the brewing quality of the coffee (e.g. TDS measurement) to upkeep the effectiveness of the above control process;
